Peak-season usually comes with its fair share of caveats. The pros of trekking the high Himalayas in this season is that the skies would be the clearest while the winter is rolling in. Hence, expect the colder temperatures than early Autumn treks. Since, clear skies and weather are the aspirations for most other trekkers, the trails would be fairly crowded. Nevertheless, the experience of the journey is still mesmerising, it just means that you will end up making a lot of hiking buddies.
